Solicitation Management Module helps in publication of solicitations. It facilitates tracking amendments, and pre-proposal vendor communication. It tracks MBE/WBE/DBE participation, and vendor downloads of solicitation. Vendors can obtain solicitation online, post questions, and receive answers. Agencies can use the online vendor E-conference module to hold online pre-proposal conferences. Vendor questions and Agency answers can be distributed via online mechanisms.
