PROCESS & ARCHITECTURE

The architecture supports online vendor submission processes. This is an optional feature that may or may not be used in agencies. Vendors can register, obtain their own login and password, submit response to RFPs with attachments based on set criteria and even upload an entire RFP response. The vendor can also view progress of their response and generate reports on their response. It is an intelligent and self-contained maintenance free interface. Security mechanisms protect the vendor identity and the RFP process from security threats.
