The administrator or buyer can view reports at anytime, shortlist vendors, add caucus/agency comments and generate extensive sets of printed detailed and/or executive summary reports. The biggest advantage of the architecture is the compilation of comments from evaluators in a structured way. The administrator or buyer can change the evaluation model, evaluators can change their ratings anytime, and caucus notes comments can be added/edited anytime. The new reports are generated instantaneously, which provides productivity and flexibility to the evaluation process.
